DISTANCE/CATEGORIES:

• 5- 8 years old – 100 meters swim/1 kilometer run
• 9 -10 years old – 200 meters swim/1 kilometer run
• 11 -12 years old – 300 meters swim/2.5 kilometers run
• 13 -14 years old – 400 meters swim/2.5 kilometers run
• 15 - 17 – 500 meters swim/5 kilometers run
• 18 – 29; 30 – 39; 40 – 49; 50 and above – 500 meters swim/5k run
• Relay (all female, all male, mixed) – 500 meters swim/5km run
• 5km run
• 10km run

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:

• Registration starts August 31, 2024
• Deadline for registration is November 24, 2024 or until slots last
• Registration are transferable for a fee and for this year’s event only.
• If you are unable to participate, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race give aways.

Refund Policy:

Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing. Please send email to [email protected]

It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:

• Any requests received on or before September 15,2024 will be eligible for an 80% refund.
• Any requests received on or before September 30, 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Any requests received after September 30. 2024 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances

10+1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES:

Once verified, a registration code will be sent for the 11th member
